## Service

Toptutors provides an online platform for 1:1 private tutoring. Screening, matching and course follow-up are part of the managed service.

## Memberships

- No binding period (`ingen binding`). You can cancel; unused ordered hours remain available until they expire under the terms.
- Early cancellation can remove volume discounts already obtained (see full terms §7).
- Lessons already held are not refundable.

## Packages

Package payments may be non-refundable under the package rules in the full terms. Read the package section before buying.

## Withdrawal (fortrydelsesret)

- 14 days from order confirmation.
- Lessons already delivered cannot be withdrawn.
